AI You Interact With
Do Exercise:
1) Think of a task you would like AI to perform. If you were to perform this task yourself what steps would you take?
2) Which type of AI (Conversational AI, Generative AI or Co-Pilot) would be best at performing this task?

Do Exercise:
1) Identify one process in your work that could benefit from behind-the-scenes AI, like improving customer recommendations or forecasting sales trends.
2) Explore an AI tool that offers predictive analytics or personalization features relevant to your work. Note how it could enhance your strategy or customer experience.
3) Share insights on the potential impact of behind-the-scenes AI with your team. Discuss how integrating these tools could elevate your business operations or customer engagement.

AI is Often Wrong, But Still Useful
Do Exercise:
For this exercise you have already been primed to be skeptical, but try to imagine yourself approaching AI as a beginner…
Pick a topic you know little about and ask AI to give you a 200 word article about it. Give it a Grade from A+ to F. Did it seem accurate, did it appear to emphasize the right things, and did it appear to miss key facts?
Now repeat the exercise for a topic you have pretty deep expertise in. Do you see inaccuracies, or key things it missed?
Note down any differences you notice regarding how you responded to the article.
Meet Your New Teammate: AI
Do Exercise:
1) Note down which Generative AI tool you will be mainly using for this program (we recommend ChatGPT 4.0 for this course, but 3.5 will suffice, as will other general Generative AI tools like Google Gemini)
2) Type in the following prompt: “Give me 5 examples of ways you can help me do my work more efficiently” and record the parts of it's answers you intend to act on.

Todays DO: Exercise
1) Note down how many lessons you want to consume a day. We recommend no less than one and no more than 3 per day - it helps make the learning stick.
2) Block a time off in your calendar each day (10-30 minutes) as BillionMinds time, and watch as the learning grows!
