- Now ask yourself why you do this, focusing on the primary benefit it brings you.
- But don’t stop there… Ask “Why does this benefit matter to me?” and write down one answer. Continue asking “Why?” up to five times. Each answer should dig deeper into your personal motivation for doing it.
