What is the point of the BillionMinds Certification?

How do I get certified?
Simply use the BillionMinds platform regularly, and we will let you know when you are ready to take your certification exam. As a rule of thumb, If you spend 10 minutes 3 times per week you should be ready to get your certification in around 3 months. Any time you invest in using the platform will be made back from improved efficiency in your daily work. If you are anxious to gain the certification faster, you should consider purchasing one of the accelerated plans for additional support and accountability.
What if I don’t pass the first time around?
Your package includes up to 3 attempts. If you fail the first or second time, we will guide you on how to approach your next effort. The certification is challenging, but if you prepare appropriately you should pass. If you would like additional guidance, motivation or support, consider upgrading to one of the accelerated plans.
How long is each certification exam?
The exact time it will take to complete an exam can vary depending on a variety of factors. However, the approximate time for the Professional and Manager exams is one hour.
Do I need to recertify?
Nope! Once you have earned a certificate, it’s yours forever. However, we recommend you continue to use the platform as it will help you continuously develop your skills beyond the certification.
Can I change my certification package?
Absolutely! If you become a manager during your BillionMinds journey, just let us know and we can transfer you to the manager curriculum (you just pay the difference). If you would like 1:1 help from a Billionminds guide, again just let us know and pay the difference.
